These terms and conditions (T&C) apply to all users of Holy Trinity College 60th Anniversary Souvenir Online Shop (“HTC Online Shop”) (https://annisverary.htc.edu.hk/shop/) (the “Site”) which is operated by Holy Trinity College (“HTC”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By using the services, such as placing orders on the Site, you are agreeing to all of the Terms and Conditions.
HTC reserves the right to make changes to the Site, related policies and agreements, and the T&C at any time. You are advised to check the Site from time to time to check the update or changes to the T&C.
| 1.1 | We will use our best endeavors to ensure that the content and the product descriptions on the Site are accurate and complete as possible. We however do not warrant that content and product descriptions are fully accurate, complete, current or error-free. |
| 2.1 | The Site may include links to other websites or resources that are not operated or prepared by HTC. We have no control over these websites and resources and we will not accept responsibility for them or be liable for any loss or damage caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with your use of them. |
| 2.2 | The Site is not responsible for the content or accuracy of any off-site pages, which include but is not limited to partners, suppliers or courier companies. |
| 3.1 | You must be 18 years of age or older to make a purchase on this website. If you are under the age of 18, you may only use this site and place orders with the involvement and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. |
| 3.2 | Upon completion of the transaction, you will receive a confirmation via email for order acknowledgement from us. |
| 3.3 | By default, prices are shown on the Site in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). Prices displayed on the Site at the time your order is accepted will be honored except in the case of obvious error. Whilst we use our best endeavors to ensure that all prices appearing on the Site are accurate, we do not guarantee that they are error-free and reserve our right to rectify any errors. If we discover an error in the price of any products that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming or cancelling your order. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. |
| 4.1 | Any order you make for HTC Online Shop product is an offer by you to purchase such product shown in HTC Online Shop, and acceptance of any order is at our sole discretion. An order is deemed to have been accepted by us only when you receive our email confirmation to this effect. |
| 4.2 | Whilst we will use its best effort to ensure that an accepted order is correctly and satisfactorily fulfilled, we reserve the right to decline to fulfil an accepted order in whole or in part if we are unable to supply some or all items of an order because of unavailability or any unforeseen change of the product, or for any uncontrollable conditions. | 4.3 | Merchandise listed on the Site are available while stock lasts. |
| 4.4 | We reserve the right to decline to accept any order we may consider unreliable. |
| 5.1 | We accept payment by [Master, VISA, Alipay, Alipay HK, WeChat Pay, WeChat Pay HK]. For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria. |
| 5.2 | HTC Online Shop will not store any credit card information in order to maintain customer privacy and security. |
| 6.1 | Product will be collected during the Open Day on 28th and 29th March 2026 (10 a.m. – 5 p.m.) at the Souvenir Counter. |
| 6.2 | No refunds will be provided for abandoned orders, and HTC will have no further obligation to you regarding the uncollected items. We recommend collecting your items promptly to avoid any inconvenience. |
| 7.1 | Items sold are non-refundable. No refund for any purchased items will be made once order has been confirmed by us via email. |
| 7.2 | The buyer is solely responsible for the immediate inspection of all goods upon collection at the designated counter. This inspection must include, but is not limited to, verifying the accuracy of the items, the correct quantity, and the condition of the products. |
| 7.3 | Any discrepancies, including missing items, incorrect items, or damage, must be reported to the supervising teacher at the counter at the time of collection. |
| 7.4 | Failure to report any issues before leaving the counter will constitute the buyer’s unconditional acceptance of the goods as complete and in perfect condition. Thereafter, no claims, returns, or exchanges will be entertained. |
| 7.5 | HTC reserves the right to accept the exchange of product on such terms that it may determine at its sole discretion. |
| 8.1 | We do not warrant or guarantee the correctness, reliability, quality, completeness or timeliness of any material or product sold at the Site and, without limitation, we do not represent or warrant that product description, colours or other contents are complete, correct or error-free. |
| 9.1 | We shall not be liable for any loss, injury or damage (including any damages arising in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise) attributable directly or indirectly to any use of or inability to use the Site by any users including (but not limited to) (i) any inaccessibility or malfunctioning of the website; (ii) any errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of contents of the Site; (iii) any personal injury or property damage (including damage to computer or mobile device) of any nature whatsoever resulting from your access to and use of the Site; (iv) any unauthorized access to or use of the Site and/or any and all personal information stored therein; or (v) any bugs, viruses or the like which may be passed to your computer from the Site. |
| 9.2 | In no event shall we be held liable for any delay or failure in its performance of the order requested in the Site. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, we will not be held responsible for any delay or failure in its performance of the order requested in the Site resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature or causes beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, internet failures, computer equipment failures, telecommunication equipment failures, electrical power failures, strikes, labour disputes, fires, war, riot, civil commotion, floods, storms, explosions, acts of God or delays or non-performance by third parties. |
| 10.1 | All information and content available on the Site and its look and feel, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, text, graphics, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software (collectively, the “Content”) is our property and is protected by applicable laws, including laws governing copyrights and trademarks. |
| 10.2 | Except as required under applicable law, neither the Content nor any portion of the Site may be used, reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, accessed, modified, or otherwise exploited, in whole or in part, for any purpose without our express, prior written consent. |
| 11.1 | The T&C are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. The courts of Hong Kong shall have the exclusive jurisdiction in the event of any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the terms and conditions herein. |
